Operations of the Sugar Springs Property Owners Association (SSPOA) are handled by the General Manager and staff. Staff members report to the General Manager. The General Manager reports to the Board of Sugar Springs. Board members are elected for a 3-year term by the General Membership of the association each year. Board meetings are open to all SSPOA members. Check our calendar for upcoming meetings.

Lead by Supervisor Ken Klein (pictured), the Sugar Springs Buildings and Grounds crew are responsible for keeping Sugar Springs and it's amenities in top shape. Ken has been with Sugar Springs since November 2004.
