To reserve your space, complete an application and return it with your fee, made payable to: Sugar Springs .

Sugar Springs is a community approximately 14 miles north of Gladwin, MI. The show is held in front of 5477 Worthington Ct, Gladwin, Michigan on Sugar River Road, across from the Hearth Restaurant and Pub.

The Art and Craft Show will be promoted through local media. A marked off space outdoors (provide your own table/chairs, stand and covering) will be reserved for you. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations, non-appearance, or rainouts. No animals, please, and no take downs before 3 p.m.

Merchandise: To ensure the integrity of the Art and Craft theme of the Show, only hand crafted items are permitted to be sold. No buy/sell or flea market merchandise will be permitted.

Prior Set Up: Prior set up will be available to those who need it on Friday, from 4 - 6 p.m. only; Display area only (no merchandise); Signed waiver of Sugar Springs Liability agreement required (see lower portion of Application) to Friday the evening before the show 4-6pm.

Confirmation: To ensure that you receive confirmation of your registration, your application must be received by the deadline of
June 1.

Handicap Accommodation: Some handicap spaces are available and will be assigned on a first paid basis. Verification of need of handicap accommodation may be required. A handicap accessible rest room is available on site.

Concession: The Concession Tent will be open throughout the day and a mobile food and beverage cart will make refreshments available to crafters at their booths. There will also be a Bake Sale on site, which will be opened to the Crafters at 10 a.m.
