GET SOCIAL AT SUGAR SPRINGS!
There's never a lack of activity at Sugar Springs. Whether you prefer to grab a friend and hit the tennis court, want to learn a new art or craft, love to play cards or show off your smarts at trivia, we've got it covered. Here are some of the activities and social groups at Sugar Springs.

WOMEN'S CIVIC AND SOCIAL GROUPS
Two clubs – The Gadabouts and The Happy Go Getters – meet monthly for trips, speakers, games, or socialization as well as lunch. They also raise funds to support local charities and schools.

CRAFT AND HOBBY CLUBS

THE STITCHERS AND QUILTERS
The Stitchers and Quilters celebrate all types of sewing and quilting. Activities range from needlework, knitting, crocheting and crafts to machine embroidery and long-arm quilting. The Stitchers work on charity projects, an annual membership tea and a biennial quilt show. If you are interested in this group, please join them at a meeting. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month in the Activity Building.

THE GARDEN CLUB
The Garden Club gives those who enjoy working outdoors the opportunity to make Sugar Springs more beautiful. The Garden Club maintains the gardens found throughout the development, including The Hearth, the beach clubs, POA office, and Sugar Springs entries. Come on out and “get those hands dirty” with the Garden Club!

OPEN SEW CLUB
The Open Sew Club meets on Mondays 9am - 1pm in the Activities Building. Participants bring their own projects to work on in a group setting.

THE SUGAR SPRINGS ARTISTS
The Sugar Springs Artists promotes creativity in our community. Members meet for instruction and practice in all mediums. The group sponsors an annual art show that includes acrylics, batiks, drawings, fabric art, collages, oils, photography and watercolors.

MINI LIBRARY
The Mini Library at the Activity Center is a self-serve take a book or donate a book "little library" for Sugar Springs POA Members. This area is located in the lobby of the Activity Center.

LINE DANCING
Line Dancing Get you body moving to the beat - and learn some new dance moves along the way. Seasonally May - September in the Lancer Room at the Activities Center (Months subject to change).
GAMES

MAHJONG
Mahjong meets weekly to teach and play this ancient game of strategy.

TEAM TRIVIA
Team Trivia is a fun weekly event with teams picked at random. The goal is fun and socializing.

CARD PLAYERS
Card Players meet at various times each week for Euchre, Bridge, Pinochle and more.
